Infopower 4K for 10.4 installation problem

Hi, I have a problem installing Infopower 4K for 10.4, I have not received the installation password.

I upgraded Delphi 10.3.3 to 10.4, but when I try to install Infopower 4K for 10.4, it seem the password to install is not the same as IP 10.3 anymore ?

I read on your website major upgrade is (10.3 to 10.4) is included in maintenance, I was able to download Infopower 4K for 10.4 but was not able to install it

I send you emails in january and february but I had no answer to my emails that's why I try to contact you here

I ordered a 1 year InfoPower 4k Rio Upgrade on feb 11 2021, I can see the order with the status shipped on my account, but I receveid no email with install password, only and email with the invoice from ...@invoice.services

Hi Alain,

Where did you email? I don't see any messages that have been unreplied to in both our support and sales folders. What is your last name, or company name? I don't have a way of looking up your order as I only see your first name.
