infopower touchpan don't work

Hello,

a few days ago we bought the latest version of Infopower. 
In the release notes it says:
Version 19.0.2 InfoPower VCL Tokyo (8/23/17)
TwwDBGrid - TouchPan property - Set to true to allow the user 
to use touch screens to scroll the data

I have a wwDBGrid with touchpan true and of course a touchscreen 
monitor.
Unfortunately, I can't use my finger to scroll 
through the amount of data.

What should I do ? 
Do you have a sample Infopower program with this feature.

  For you Info,

   

  with Delphi 10.3 Community Edition and InfoPower 4K, 20.6.3 Trial the touchpan function works properly.

  Thank you, i made a fault.

  So erverything is ok, touchpan is working
