recordview and datetimepicker in runtime

I have 2 customviews in a recordview attached to 2 datetimepickers. I change the datasource of the recordview on runtime. Everything works ok, but the datetimepickers are now visible. I even change explicitly the visible property to false for the datetimepickers: they are still visible!!!

  Have you tried clearing the selected property first before you change the dataset?

       wwRecordViewPanel1.Selected.clear;
       clientdataset1.LoadFromFile(opendialog1.filename);

  The solution you suggest, is not working.

  I had to do change the parent property of the datetimepickers. I hope it is ok.

  The solution I gave was when using the default datetimepicker. It seems in your case, you have used your own custom controls in the recordview. You did not explain that earlier.

  I used twwdatetimepicker.

  Fechareal and fechacompromiso, are both twwdatetimepicker.
