TwwDataInspector is drawing unwanted lines and data across DBRichEdit when using the mouse scroll button downwards

I use TwwDataInspector with TwwDBRichEdits as the front end of a Patient History nurse intake form.  Each DbRichEdit is associated with a single field in a single table. They are organized one on top of each other in the same order a nurse would interview a patient. The problem arises when pressing the mouse scroll bottom downwards.  It draws unwanted lines across the active DBRichEdit showing the previous DBRichEdit content within the active DBRichedit.  It is a display issue only.  It doesn't save the unwanted lines and data.
