InfoPower Components Missing

After installing InfoPower 4K for RAD Studio 10.4 Sydney if I open Delphi the components are not showing in the Palette. But if I open Delphi "As Administrator" all the components except FirePower components are visible. Is it an installation problem of InfoPower or Delphi problem?
