How can I recompile the libraries?

How can I recompile the following libraries:

dipstudiowindataset270.bpl
ipstudiowindataset270.bpl
dipstudiowin270.bpl
ipstudiowin270.bpl
ipstudiowinclient270.bpl
ipstudiowinWordxp270.bpl

I installed InfoPower4kSydney. But I can't find the dpk files..
